HOA Policies and Rules
INFORMATION AND FORMS FOR RESIDENTS:
 Architectural forms must be completed and presented to the Board, (vendor business license and liability insurance must be included), for review and approval before any work can be done to the exterior of your house or common ground.  
 The Trails South Forty HOA Facebook page is a private group for members of South Forty Community only.  Homeowners are invited and encouraged to join the page to keep up to date on all activities, events, minutes of meetings and updates from the HOA.
