INFORMATION AND FORMS FOR RESIDENTS:
Architectural forms must be completed and presented to the Trails South Forty HOA Board for approval prior to start of work. Vendor business license and liability insurance must be included, The HOA Board will review and Notify you of approval before any work can be done to the exterior of your house or common ground. Other forms can be fond in the Rules/Policies document or as needed from the HOA Board. |

The Trails South Forty HOA Facebook page is a private group for members of South Forty Community only.
